Happy Saturday!!! How’s your morning been?
I slept in til 8:00am today! I haven’t slept that late in a long time!
Last night, when I went to the Wegster, I saw a 4-pack of Oikos Caramel Pure Pleasure. I still had one of the coupons that Stonyfield sent me so I decided to give it a whirl.
This morning, I had a piece of toast with almond butter and a banana, which was delicious. After I was done, I remembered the caramel oikos…
A little extra protein won’t hurt, right?
When I first opened it, it looked like regular yogurt but in a smaller cup. I thought hmm… what’s the big deal?
Then I stirred it up to find caramel on the bottom!!
Oooooh goodness! There’s a reason they call this pure pleasure. It tasted like I was eating Dulce de Leche! (Argentina style)

A bunch of yogurts sell themselves as replacing dessert, but honestly this could most definitely be dessert. I’m surprised at how much it ACTUALLY tasted like caramel. Absolutely delicious! Packed full of protein and pretty low cal!
Have you tried Caramel Oikos?
They also have a chocolate flavor that I feel like I need to try now that this caramel one was so good!
My mission for today is to find new running shoes (WOO! No more knee pain… maybe) then go to the gym! Not too bad if you ask me 🙂

I’ve seen this yogurt on all the blogs now, but unfortunately I haven’t seen it in my local grocery store! I’m definitely going to get some the second I find it.
I haven’t seen the caramel flavor yet, but if I can find some, I’ll be trying it out!
My plans for today include WORKING! boooooo. Hope you have luck finding good running shoes. I swear by Nike’s.
I haven’t seen or tried the caramel yet…but today is grocery shopping day! *fingers crossed for some caramel Oikos!*
I am mapping our my garden today and other than that, just grocery shopping and some lifting on the schedule!

Yes it’s my absolute favorite!!! It’s the only Greek yogurt I actually love eating plain 🙂
I haven’t tried the caramel, they don’t have it at my grocery, boo. LOoks good.

Caramel Oikos is amazing!!! I love it with apples!! I was lucky to find the caramel one time, have not found it again since!! Whole Foods cant keep it on the shelves!!!!

mmm – have yet to try the caramel oikos but it sounds like something i would love.
I’ve seen them all around but haven’t had the chance to try them yet! Maybe when they’re on sale some day?
I really want to try this yogurt–I have not seen it in my area …yet. I guess I will have to put in a special request!
I haven’t seen this yet at our supermarket but after seeing your review will definitely try it if I do come across it. I found Chobani Champions which is new and come with two flavors in a four pack (one I cared for, the other not so much!) so it’s nice to see yet another new out there!
